Holder of Masters degree in Economics from the University of Wales, United Kingdom as well as Associate Institute of Bankers (AIB), London. Chief Omoru is a member of numerous professional organisations including Nigerian Economic Society, Fellow Chartered Institute of Bankers and Institute of Directors, Nigeria . He has over 28 years experience in Banking and Finance and is currently a Capital Market Operator licensed by the Nigerian Security and Exchange Commission as Investment Adviser. In recent years, He has cotributed emensely to policy foundation for economic development and infrastructural development programmes of Delta State and Federal Government of Nigeria.

Chief Omoru took 5 years out of his eventful banking career to serve Bendel State Government of Nigeria (now Edo and Delta States) as member of the State Executive Council and Commissioner for Commerce and Industry, and later for Finance and Economic Planning.

Olorogun Lucky Oghene-Omoru (JP) has been honoured by Government and his community for his past meritorious service to the society. He has behind him very extensive experience and business contacts in the Nigerian private and government sectors which have enabled him to successfully establish Morel Group with strategic business interests in Oil and Gas services, and Engineering Construction, Merchandising, Information Technology, Banking and Capital Market Services.

MR. EMMANUEL NTEKUME B.Sc (AERONAUTICS)

A graduate of B.Sc Aeronautics from California State University, San Jose, California after initial A.A degree in Business Administration from college of Alameda, California.

Mr. Ntekume is an accomplished commercial Pilot and Computer expert. As a Commercial Pilot he achieved instrument M.E. Advanced Instructor Ratings (FAA) 1981 while at California Airways, Hayward, C.A, USA. And as computer expert, he worked in Computer Operations, Systems design, analysis, administration, Assembly Repair and maintenance. He has knowledge of HTML, Java, etc. His experience includes design, production, and testing of computer peripherals and sub-assembly for various computer companies in Silicon Valley such as IBM, Apple, Genrad, Quantum Corporation, Seagate among others. His experience also covers evaluation of design integrity, testing and certification, setting up of quality assurance and quality control procedures on production lines as well as sustaining engineering on company's high end equipment and management of various departments involving computer and other related products sales, repairs and services.

Mr. Ntekume's knowledge, experience and Vast business contracts in Information Technology and Computer Engineering constitute part of the cutting edge of our group in IT and computer sales and engineering services delivery.

MR. DANIEL A. OLOWU BSC. FCA

A chartered Accountant with B.Sc degree in Accountancy, Mr. Dan Olowu has many years experience in Auditing and Consultancy from the Accounting firm of S.S Afemikhe & Company before managing GoldParth Investments Limited. He is presently the managing partner of Dan Olowu & Co, a firm of Chartered Accounts. Mr. Olowu is part of our Financial, Investment Planning and Advisory group.

MR. STEVE A. OKEI (HND, ANIQS)

A professional Quantity Surveyor with considerable experience in diverse projects including Construction of houses, Roads, Drainage, Airport, Water Supply schemes, and preparing cost estimates for gigantic projects such as Delta State Koko Export Free Zone involving Port Construction, Industrial Estates, Electricity Supply, Sewage, Fire station, Warehouses, Housing Schemes, Road and Drainage Net work as well as Environmental, Administrative buildings and Security Surveillance Network.

Mr. Okei supervised work locations for Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria on behalf of the group where quality, cost control and environmental safety standards are held sacrosanct. He has considerable knowledge of Quality Assurance and control procedures. Mr. Okei is in charge of preparing cost estimates, preparation of Tender pricing and Quantity Assurance and Control Management.

ARC GODWIN O. JESSA (B.SC, M.SC (ARC), MNIA)

Arc. Jessa holds first and second degrees in Architecture from Ife. He has been engaged in extensive professional practice involving diverse experiences in design and construction of buildings, Drainage and road network, water supply and distribution, and preparation of master plans.

MR. DANIEL A. ORHORHORO (B.SC, MNIESV)

Mr. Daniel A. Orhorhoro has a Bsc. degree in Estate Management backed by professional qualification of the Nigeria Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers. Mr. Orhorhoro earlier worked for Knight Frank and Rutley as well as Joe Nwogu & Associates and Osoroh & Company Estate Surveyors during which period he acquired considerable experience in property Valuation and Management. Mr. Orhorhoro is also an expert in Town and Regional Planning.
